By completing the checkout process below, you are agreeing that you are of legal age to be making an online purchase, or that you have parental consent. KyTy Critters can not be held responsible for purchases made without acknowledgement and consent of parents and/or legal guardians of minors.

Due to online shopping processing fees, please note that each critter includes a non-refundable deposit (varying depending on the cost of the animal). This does apply to the purchase price (not an additional fee). Because technology isn't perfect and we are unable to monitor it 24/7, there is a small chance another deposit has been placed on the same critter.  In this unlikely event, all efforts will be made to provide a comparable critter, or refund of deposit will be issued to whichever purchase processed later.

KyTy Critters cannot be held responsible for any veterinarian expenses incurred after possession of the animal has been transferred.​ Please refer to the Terms of Adoption for more information.

In the event of genetic or congenital issue resulting in death of the animal, replacement or partial refund may be negotiated. 

If, for any reason, you become unable to provide a suitable home for the animal, and a new home needs to be located, please contact us first, so we can help relocate the animal. If you wish to return or exchange the animal for reasons other than the health of the animal upon receipt, replacement will be at our discretion.

Pickup, delivery, or shipping will be arranged via email or phone, once payment or deposit is received.  Shipping is an additional fee, and will be due prior to shipping.

All KyTy families are required to use KyTy brand food and treats found at www.kytycritters.com, or use a substitute approved by us. If you choose to use an unapproved nutrition source, you will void any warranty provided and may lose the ability to purchase future critters from our family.
